Since 1980, CCPM has successfully managed a large variety of income properties. We specialize in the management of homes, condominiums and apartment communities - as well as commercial investment properties.

At CCPM we focus on personal service from each member of our team of management specialists. Leading this team is Gregory J. Bianco who founded Centre City Property Management Company in 1980. He had years of previous experience in the real estate industry as an owner/operator. Greg received his law degree in 1979 and as an attorney he specialized in real estate and Landlord/Tenant Law. Greg is also a real estate broker, developer, general contractor and certified property manager. He has served as a former member of the State Bar Committee on Landlord/Tenant Law and as a former Director, Vice President and Treasurer/Secretary of the San Diego County Apartment Association. He is also very active with numerous community groups including the Mission Hills Business Association for which he has served as President. He has also served as an expert witness in real estate litigation matters. Greg's combination of education and experience allows him to provide strong leadership for the CCPM team.
